The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March                                                               
10, 2014, calendar (page 1816), was read the third time:                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(RLS)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to permanent motor vehicle registration in the                                                            
     unorganized borough and in a municipality that has elected to                                                              
     allow permanent registration; relating to the registration fee for                                                         
     noncommercial trailers and to the motor vehicle tax for trailers;                                                          
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 19(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                             
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so

Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,                                                           
Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker cautioned the members to confine remarks to the intent of                                                           
the bill.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
since all members may have a conflict of interest that they be required                                                         
to vote. There being no objection, all members were required to vote.
